Wing Chun is a unique and scientific form of martial art.
It is known for close combat effectiveness, which uses a tight defense and quick punches, coordinated through agile stances for a quick advance. Wing Chun is so effective because it coordinates attacks with simultaneous defense and vice versa. The Wing Chun practitioner delivers the correct amount of energy, while remaining flexible and relaxed.

In Wing Chun we establish and utilize the natural reflexes of “Loy Lau Hoi Sung, Lut Sau Jik Chung” (Means: when a person strikes in, one should neutralize his incoming force.  When his force is withdrawing, one should move in.  When he removes his hand(s) away, one should strike in.);

Unique to Wing Chun is ‘Chi Sau’, a form of training that helps develop and practice the techniques and theories learned during training. Chi Sau teaches and develops reflex and sensitivity, positioning and technique, how to overcome your opponent’s strength, correct use of energy and how to take advantage of the shortest possible distance between you and your opponent.
