50 small French lavender plants for a builder's wheelbarrow

These little plants are waterwise and wind resistant.  Fragrant.  Works equally well as garden plants or pot plants.  Need to be in sun, or at least half day sun.  Soil has to drain well, so the sandy soil of the coast is ideal for them.
 
Looking for a builder's wheelbarrow in good condition - with delivery please!  A new one costs between R300 and R500, which is the value of 30 to 50 of our lavender plants.  Will accept a used wheelbarrow provided it is in good condition.
 
We're also looking for a water tank - with delivery.  Any size to start with.  Can swap more plants for that.
