SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT: * Main Area: Dbl Bed. (Sleeps 2) * Small Bedroom: Triple Bunk Beds, one above the other. (Sleep up to 3)
KINDLY NOTE: * You may arrange at any time to come see the unit prior to booking, best time would be sunday late afternoon when there are usually (please enquire about this) no tenants. * R350 Key/Breakage deposit (refundable) required to secure unit. * Loud music from Hi fi's/Car radios strictly prohibited. * Minimum nights booking on a weekend = 2. * Minimum nights booking for Xmas/New Year = 7. * Minimum nights booking Easter/Long weekend = 4/5 (Depends on weekend) * Maximum vehicles permitted 2. * Day visitors charge - R100 per vehicle per day.
RATES: Off season = R290 / night. In Season (Xmas/New Year) = R450 / night. Easter Weekend = R350 / night.
* Above rates quoted are for 4 people (KINDLY NOTE: This includes Adults & Children). If you are 5 people (maximum place can take), please add R60 to the rate per night.
