ABOUT THE APARTMENT
- This well equipped first floor vacation apartment has everything you need for self-catering, and comfortably accommodates a maximum of four people in two double beds.
- The apartment consists of an open plan kitchen, dining and living room area, large balcony, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
- The kitchen is well equipped for 4 people. You are welcome to request a copy of the inventory.
- There is a 74cm television with local TV channels and a DVD player in the living room area.
- There is a shower over the bath in the bathroom.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The rate is R350 per night for the apartment, NOT per person.
The rate is R400 per night for the apartment from September 2012.
The rate is R500 per night for the apartment from MID October 2012.
The rate is R550 per night for the apartment from mid December 2012 until mid January 2013.
Please note that for bookings of less than 5 nights, there is a once off cleaning fee of R120. This is per booking for after you have checked out, and NOT per day.
There is a breakage deposit of R500 required in cash upon check in. A receipt is issued and this deposit will be refunded to you before you leave, provided that nothing is broken or missing.
I have 6 apartments in the area. Discounts are given if more than one apartment is booked, and monthly rates are provided on request.
Check in time is from 2pm onwards & Check out time as by 10:30am. These times are flexible by prior arrangement provided that there are no other check ins/outs on the same day.
I personally meet you to welcome you to the apartment and give you the keys and provide any information you may require. I work alone so it is important to advise me of your ESTIMATED time of arrival in advance so that I may plan my day. I have no problem with late arrivals as I live close by, just let me know when you are in the area.
Good, decent, clean, safe and comfortable accommodation: This is NOT luxury accommodation, this is quality budget accommodation and is VERY GOOD VALUE for money. References from previous guests are provided on request.
The apartment is not serviced. Cleaning materials are provided. If you wish the apartment to be serviced during your stay then this can be arranged for R130 per service (Please give at least 24 hours notice). This includes cleaning of the apartment, change of linen and apartment linen (wash, dry and fold). Contact details for external laundry and cleaning services are also provided.
