My girlfriend and I are looking for a long-term rental that is pet friendly. We've been living together for a while now in a shared house, and want to get our own place.

Must haves:
• Secure parking for two cars (lock-up, car-port or garage)
• Full bathroom (Shower and bath)
• Garden (for two dogs and a place to braai)
• Two rooms (one bed, one lounge)
• Kitchen with room for washing machine, dish-washer, stove/oven and fridge.

Would like to be close to the Newlands Cricket Ground (as it's close to where we work), but not necessary.
Rondebosch is OK, Rondebosch East is not.
